This
story takes place before, during and after episode 216/40 "For Him
The Bell Tolls". There are also references to the storylines in
episodes 114/14 "A Fistful of Dinars", 120/20 "Ties That Bind",
121/21 "The Greater Good" and 213/37 "The Quest", as well as hints
towards several other episodes (plus a few inside jokes!). It might
be a good idea to watch the episodes mentioned here by name, before
reading this story, but it is not strictly necessary.
